For belivers in Jesus to be empowered by the fire of the Holy Spirit in their lives to do great things for his glory.

Good Advice. Part-One.

Refusing Wisdom.

Today the world is full of too many young people (some middle-aged), who refuse to listen to their older folk, parents and others with more experience of living longer.

One was a son of King David’s linage who refused to give mercy or to take advice from the old men of the Royal court. He instead choose the younger people of his own generation and was callous and cold instead.

There are as equally many Christians who refuse to serve or do anything to help the poor outside their front door. Yet they expect God to keep loving them and pouring out prosperity, security and ask why are we not being filled by the Holy Spirit.

1 Kings 12:8-14,  Matthew 25:37-44,  1 Thessalonians 5:19.
